SCHOOL WINS SMYFL CHAMPIONSHIP
The Windham
Middle School football team defeated Saco
27-16 to win the SMYFL Championship. This
was a great moment for the team and the
entire Windham Football program. Please

WINDHAM HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY FOOTBALL
The Windham
High School Varsity Squad traveled to Saco
to face Thornton Academy. Even though the
team didnt make it to the next round of the
playoffs this team accomplished a lot this
year. The game on Saturday was exciting and
saw Windham hold a lead until very late in
the game.
There are
definitely great things in the future for
Coach Perkins program.
BASKETBALL SEASON IS UNDERWAY
The travel
basketball season kicked off this weekend.
We are hoping to have coverage of all teams
this year. If you are involved with any of
the teams please send us information so we
can all follow the season.
There are new Windham Sports
Pages and Friendly's Restaurant Athlete of
the Week on the site, another one
will be added today. I am always taking
nominations to recognize more of Windham's
outstanding Student-Athletes.
The forums are
back! I hope all of you will join me there
to discuss your favorite sports, teams and
athletes. I am also looking for more people
to help moderate the forums to make sure it
is a safe place for everyone to visit and
participate.
