sports are obvious. The sports themselves
are competitive in nature. Teams compete
against other teams in sports like soccer
and football and individuals compete against
other individuals in sports like cross
country and track.

COUNTRY TEAMS ACCOMPLISH MISSION
November 11, 2007
The Windham Middle School Girls
Cross Country teams both wrapped up their undefeated seasons
with team championships!
Some of the highlights from the
season include the 6th grade team's Sam Frost going undefeated
for the season! Winning one race is an accomplishment, winning
every race is an amazing achievement.
From individual greatness to team
greatness. The girls 7th and 8th grade team is undefeated over
the last three seasons! They have been dominating the
competition, recording perfect scores in five meets this season.

Volunteer of the month soon. It is time to begin nominating the
November Volunteer of the month. Remember anyone can nominate a
person they feel is an asset to any Windham youth sports
program. With all of the good people involved in Windham Youth
Soccer which just wrapped up its season, and Windham Youth
Basketball which is just getting started there are plenty of
deserving volunteers to choose from.
