 Windham
Youth Soccer Association is proud to
announce that their 3rd annual backyard
4v4 Friendly Challenge will be held on
June 13th 2009 at Gambo Field in
Windham. This is the first year we have
opened the up the tournament to teams
from outside of Windham. We invite you
to bring your team(s) to join us for a
fun day of soccer.
Rosters are made
up of four to six players per team so we
encourage coaches to enter multiple teams to
include all of their players.
The non-results
tournament is open to teams of skill level. The
team applications give coaches an opportunity to
rate the skill level of their team as "Most
Competitive" "Competitive" "Least
Competitive" in respect to their age level which
will enable us to put your team in a
competitive bracket.
Below is a brief
explanation of each of the forms I have
attached: All forms including complete
tournament rules will be available on
www.windhamyouthsoccer.com soon.
This needs to be
filled out by the coach and returned to WYSA
with payment as soon as possible. Space is
limited so register early. Teams that register
by May 22nd will be listed on the back of our
tournament T-Shirts!
This needs to be

registration table at least 30 minutes before
your first game on the day of the tournament.
Parents need to
fill this out and return to the coach. Coaches
will turn these in with their Team Rosters at
the registration table at least 30 minutes

All teams that
register by May 22nd will have their team name
listed on the back of the shirt. Players can
preorder souvenir t-shirts for only $10. Order
forms along with payment need to be received by
May 22nd. There will be a very limited supply of
t-shirts available for $15 each at the
tournament so preordering is the best option for
getting one. We also selected a wide variety of
colors so teams can order shirts to use as their
jersey at the tournament. The coach must place
one team order if you are going to order them to
be your team's jersey.
