In the

crushed a single to center field and
advanced on passed balls to third.
Christian Coons flied out, Shawn
Francoeur struck out and Joe Francoeur
drove Field in with a ground rule
double. Windham got on the board again

The Eagles
really came alive in the fourth taking
advantage of a tiring Marauder pitcher.
Seven of the nine scored in the inning
with Nick Sundquist recording two runs
as the Eagles stretched their lead out.
The Memorial squad put two more pitchers
in the game to finish it. Joe Francoeur
thought he had hit pay dirt with a
crushing drive to the woods, however,
due to the lack of fence and the
predetermined ground rules, Francoeur
would only record a double on the long
ball.
Catch the
Eagles on Wednesday May 5 at Mahoney MS
in South Portland.
