Windham- From the tip off it seemed it would be a
long night for the junior Eagles as the lost to
Gorham 42-28 in their home opener. The height
disadvantaged team could do little as the Gorham
seventh grade squad out ran, out shot and
out-rebounded them.

The
junior Eagles rallied in the fourth quarter and
outscored the junior Rams 15-6. However, basketball
is a game of 4 quarters and not one. Leading
scoring for Windham was Spencer Hodge with 11. Mark
Hopkins followed him with 7. Six out of 12 junior
Eagles put points on the board.
