WYBA JUNIOR LEAGUE ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT

Windham Youth Basketball wound up the boys and girls Junior leagues (3rd/4th grades) over the weekend with a round robin tournament.

The tournament consisted of every team playing two 30 minute games. The teams got the opportunity to showcase the skills they learned over course of the season in a much nicer venue than they were used to, the Windham High School Gym which was divided into two courts running from sideline to sideline.

The tournament was a great experience as the players were able to hang out with their friends while other games were taking place. It also gave them an opportunity to watch and cheer for their friends while waiting for their own games to begin.

Another highlight for most of the players was the concession stand which was stocked full of all kinds of goodies.

At the end of the tournaments the players were awarded participation trophies for their hard work this season.

It was a great way to end the season and certainly will be a good memory for those who attended.
