FORMER WINDHAM STUDENT-ATHLETE MAKES PREMIER NEW ENGLAND AAU SQUAD

It has only been one month since Nick Snow and his family moved to West Greenwhich Rhode Island.

A month was all Snow needed to show the Rhode Island Hawks what Windham hoopsters already knew, he has mad skills. Snow, a 12u player was notified that he made the 13-14u Rhode Island Hawks team.

Snow was a Point Guard on the Windham fifth grade travel team that 9-1 in the regular season and made a run at a State Championship.

He also played Point Guard on the Maine Hoops AAU team last spring with many of his Windham teammates, one of the top AAU programs in Maine.

The Rhode Island Hawks are one of the premier AAU clubs in New England. This 13-14u team went 33-2 in 2007, winning 7 of 8 tournaments they entered and ended the season by winning the New England Championship.
