BOYS TRAVEL TEAM DEFEATS GRAY/NEW GLOUCESTER

Windham's 5th Grade Boys
Travel Basketball Team collected their second win by
defeating Gray/New Gloucester 45 - 17 on Saturday
November 17, 2007 at Gray NG Middle School.
Nick Snow led all scorers
with 14 points. Snow also collected four steals and
three assists. Guard Troy Davis had another outstanding
game bringing down seven rebounds and chipping in with
eight points.
Coach Peter Snow said,
"This was a total team effort. All the players played
well and we saw a big improvement over the first game of
the season last week."
The stat book backs up
coach Snow's assessment. Tanner Laberge added six
points, Ryan Whitcomb had four steals, Derek Hammond
scored five points and three assists and Kevin Weisser
grabbed five rebounds.
Windham faces Cape
Elizabeth in Freeport at 1:15PM on Sunday November 18,
2007.
