WMS BASKETBALL ROSTERS SET

The basketball season is upon us. Windham’s MS boys’
squads have been selected. The seventh grade squad is
being coached by Adam Manzo, who is returning from his
rookie year last year. Thirty kids showed up to try for
thirteen spots during assessments last week. Kids that
do not make the team will be able to play on the seventh
and eighth grade recreation league run by Windham Youth
Basketball.
The seventh grade team selected by Coach Manzo is:
Jordin Allen, Brad Carpentier, Christian Coons, Calvin
Field, Joe Francoeur, Shawn Francoeur, Hawre Haddidi,
Cole Moran, Spencer Noel, Jake Perry, Gabe Purves, Nate
Sawyer, and Dylan Weisser. Coach Manzo is excited to be
working with this group of young men who, for the most
part, have all been playing together for several years.
Coach Manzo is optimistic about the upcoming season.
The eighth grade squad is being coached by Mike
Fullerton. His squad is: Nolan Allen, Aaron Murray,
David Brunette, Steve Newcomb, Mitchell Hodge, Kyle
Gilman, Ryan Whiting, Dakota Cummings, Dana King, Robbie
Hamilton, Johnny Weymouth, Connor Joy, Cory Whitcomb,
Soren Madison,
As
far as the season goes, practices start this week and
game one is November 28th against Gorham at
Windham MS. Good Luck basketball Eagles!
