Damien
Shepard is one of the many contributors
to the Windham Middle School Football
team's undefeated season. He started the
season playing in the B Games, scoring
10 touchdowns in the first three games
of the season.
When
injuries hit the A squad in week 4,
Damien rose to the challenge, scoring 10
touchdowns in A games during the regular
season. For those of you who haven't had
your morning coffee yet, that's 20
touchdowns in an 8 game season.
Coach
Coons said "Damien has been a 7th grader
that has taken on a major role in the
success of our 2007 season. It is not
often that you don't see a smile on
Damien's face as he just loves playing
the game of football. It is easy to see
why Damien is successful as he has the
support of his entire family both on the
football field and off."
